  1. Beautiful photos! Love the mood here!
You process your own E6? I don’t dare that….. Silly, huh? I process bw and C41 myself, and right now I have 6 rolls of my beloved Fuji Astia at the lab for E6 develop. I have waited almost two weeks now, and I’m relly really p…ed and frustrated…. “My lab” don’t do E6 anymore so they send the films to another lab who process (when they can fill a batch), send them back to “my lab” who send them back to me….. (it’s a price issue)
So I really would like to learn E6…..
Btw, THANK you for the retweet yesterday! 🙂
    Have a wonderful weekend!

  2. Welcome about retweet and thanx for kind words

You can send them to me next time 🙂 i have one guy from Sweden who sends films to me, and i think it takes about 2 weeks after he sends out to get them. I also scan for him.

I remember you said you do C41 at 30oC, for E6 you need 38oC. So you either need special heater or some kind of thermo-box. As regular aquarium heater doesn’t go over 34 or 35oC. And you need to maintain that temperature for some time as developing is lengthier.

And have a great weekend too 🙂

  3. Thank you! 🙂
But it is frustraiting to wait for two weeks, so I guess I just have to overcome my silly silly fear and just do it myself…. Just need to convince myself a bit more first, hehe…..
    Have a good week!

  4. Welcome 🙂

It’s not that hard but it’s more time consuming and maybe more prone to errors. Interesting about two weeks is that I mostly develop my films after they have sat in fridge for some time, too lazy here 😀

And have a nice week too!

  5. i have just shot a roll of Kodak Ektachrome 400x that expired in 2003. waiting to see how that comes out. it has been fridge stored all the time so should be OK, probably a bit flat. i gave it an extra 1/3 stop to help it along. its an experiment as I’m also testing the camera too!
